Records about you

Your order email, any tickets, and a security log of IP address, browser and time. Your own Google account is none of our business: we never ask for it.

Records about each order

The listing, the quantity, the total, the payment status reported by the payment provider, and the delivered lines with whatever they contain: address, password, recovery email, 2FA key, app password or backup codes. Your card or wallet details never reach us.

Purpose

To deliver your order, to check a warranty ticket against the delivered line, to reply to you, to prevent fraud and to keep accounts. No data is sold. The payment, hosting and email services we use process it for us.

Retention

Delivered lines stay until the order is past any claim; order and payment records stay as long as accounting law requires; logs are kept briefly. Cookies here serve sign-in, the cart and checkout, nothing else.

From the email you ordered with, use the Contact page to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion.
